Ingredients (for 2 servings):

 

• 2 tuna burgers

• 1/4 head of cabbage

• Yogurt dressing sauce

• Extra virgin olive oil

• Fresh chives

• 2 lemon slices

• Fresh or dried sage

• Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

 

Prepare the burgers: Place the tuna burgers on aluminum foil with olive oil, chives, lemon slices, sage, salt, and pepper. 

Cook: Bake in the oven or air fryer (10-15 minutes) or cook in a pan with a lid.

Prepare the salad: Finely slice the cabbage, then dress with olive oil, salt, pepper, and yogurt sauce.
