Herb-flavored 

cream cheese

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

Prosciutto slices

Mortadella slices

Fresh chives

Salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

1. Dice the bell peppers and mix them with the herb cream cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Cut the mortadella into small pieces and add to the mixture.
